Services
I offer websites, automations, AI solutions and agents, a Hebrew chatbot, AI visual content (product visualizations, short videos and catalogs), paid marketing, IT and cloud infrastructure services, and close business support. Some services are delivered together with a working partner. The fit check and mapping are part of defining each project. Service descriptions on the site are general; exact scope, price and timelines are set in a proposal or individual agreement with each client.
No guaranteed results
I work professionally and to the best of my ability, but business results depend on many factors outside my control. Nothing on the site or in the services is a commitment to a specific business result, revenue or performance.
Quotes & payment
Price and scope are set in a proposal. Work may be conditioned on an advance payment. Full payment terms will be detailed in the proposal or agreement.
Intellectual property
Final deliverables handed to the client (such as a website or file) become the client's property upon full payment. The methods, templates, generic code, Skills and tools I developed remain mine and may be reused. The content and branding of this site are protected by copyright.
Client responsibilities
To carry out the work, the client agrees to provide materials, access and feedback within a reasonable time. Client delays may affect timelines.
Confidentiality
Business information shared during the work will be kept confidential and used solely to provide the service.
Limitation of liability
Use of the site and services is at the user's own risk. I will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of profits arising from use, to the extent permitted by law. In paid marketing, the ad budget is paid to the platforms (such as Google and Meta) and I do not control campaign results or platform decisions. In IT, cloud and security services no system is completely immune, so I do not commit to the absence of faults or security incidents.

Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
